Heritage Park

The last place we visited in Calgary was Heritage Park.  Think Williamsburg on a smaller scale and Canadian.

The main draw for this place was the old steam train.  My son is obsessed with trains so this was a no brainer for us.  An entire day surrounded by a train he could ride whenever he wanted, conductors ready to talk trains and 'old stuff' as Nick said.

The other main part of the park is called Gasoline Alley.  Its an old car repair shop turned into a museum.
This was my dad's favorite part of the park.
